RESERVATIONS: Should be made no later than 45 days prior to arrival. Reservations for less than 45 days will be accepted with full prepayment
 
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: A deposit of US$ %25 of the total amount is required 4 months before the date of the tour for all bookings. Balance is due 45 days prior to departure. Reservation is not guaranteed until deposit is received by Gazella Tours. All bank charges are from beneficiaries account.
 
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing before they will be processed. Regardless of the cause, the following penalties will apply upon cancellations.
45 days prior to arrival: US$ 50.00 administrative free per person
44-15 days prior to arrival: US$ 50.00 plus %25 of total costs fee per person
14-07 days prior to arrival: US$ 100.00 plus %50 of total costs fee per person
06-01 days prior to arrival: %100 of total costs fee per person
 
CANCELLATIONS: In some tours, the sequence of events may change from the order described. However, you will receive all the components indicated. A detailed final itinerary will be provided prior to your departure.
 
COST OF THE TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE: Air transportation if not specified otherwise, expenses of passport, visas, airport and port taxes, expenses on mainland, laundry, wines, liquor, mineral water and all items of a personal nature; items not on set menus, expenses of guides, buses or cars for sight-seeing not included in the itinerary, excessive baggage charges, health, accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance, also tipping for room service and other personal services. Also not included are customary tips to the drivers, guides and escorts, which are left to tour members' discretion.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: Gazella Tours act only as an agent in securing hotel, transportation and other travel services and in no event shall Gazella Tour be liable of any failure by any person or company to render any transportation, lodging or travel service to be provided on the tour. All hotels, transportation and other travel services provided to tour members are subject to all the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the public generally. Gazella Tours shall not be liable for any personal injury, property loss or other damage to any tour member sustained on the tour whether arising out of incident to the tour or otherwise. Gazella Tours is not responsible for luggage lost by airlines or the left behind by passengers, any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the passenger.
 
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Gazella Tours reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a tour passenger at any time prior to departure should such person's health or mental condition or physical infirmity or general department impede the operation of the tour or the rights or welfare or enjoyment of other tour passengers. A refund of unused land tour services is the limit of Gazella Tours liability, or its agents.
 
HOTELS: We use Deluxe, first class and the best available hotels throughout our tour programs. The hotels used are comfortable with private bath, restaurants bars, elevators and some English speaking staff. Gazella Tours reserves, the right to substitute any hotel listed with another of the same category prior to departure or even when the tour is in progress should the local circumstances require it.
 
TRANSFERS: Are included as per the itineraries. If you deviate from set tour schedule, i.e. arrive early or depart later from the designated tour point you will need to make your own transfer arrangements since they will not be provided outside of group provisions. However these arrangements can be made through Gazella Tours at an additional cost.
 
TOUR PRİCES: Are based on costs and exchange rates as of declared period of the year. Should those costs change, a surcharge may be applied on the tour price. However, you have the right to cancel your reservation without penalty if the costs increase is more than %10 of the published tour prices.
 
MEALS: Meals included in the tour price are shown in each itinerary by the code letter (B) for Breakfast, (L) for lunch and (D) for dinner.
 
SMOKING: No smoking is permitted on Gazella Tour buses. However frequent rest stops are made so that will have an opportunity to smoke out of the bus.
 
NOTE: Inclement weather may necessity changes in the itinerary as outlined in the responsibility clause. There may also be other circumstances in which changes become necessary or advisable. Any savings realized by these changes will be passed on the passengers, any resultant expenses shall be borne by the passengers.
